Strong ability to listen, speak, read and write English, translate technical documents and safety practices;                                                                                
Good management and leadership; Strong communication and coordination ability.                                                                                 
Good presentation skill and meeting management skill.
 
 
工作职责
Specific Duties & Responsibilities :                                                        
1.Prepare for project master schedule, and arrange the trial run & sample build schedule and trial run material planning.                                                                
2.Form and lead the cross functional team, and assist to train the team member
3.Project kick off, and organize the weekly project review meeting.
4.Review customer design, and submit the PPAP for new projects.
5.Manage BOM & ECN.                                                                              
6.Summarize and file the lesson learnt for each project including NPI & EOL.
7.Other temporary work assigned by superior.
