某外企高级采购工程师

 

1.  3-years college or above.

2.  Major in mechanical engineering, be familiar with mechanical theory,

3.  be able to read mechanical drawings.

4.  Minimum 3-years experiences on mechanical product and forging purchasing. 

5.  Be familiar with supplier management, purchasing process and import & export trade process.

6.  High sense of responsibility.

7.  Able to work under high pressure

8.  Good skill on communication, coordination and negotiation.

9.  Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing is a plus.

10. Proficiency in computer operation.  

 

 

 

1.  Assists Purchasing Supervisor to establish, improve and follow up of the supplier network

2.  Makes working plan according to departmental working plan.

3.  Be responsible for monitor the market and suppliers

4.  Be responsible for product purchasing (send enquiry, sign contract, negotiate price, payment terms, delivery terms and supply condition)
