工作职责：
-独立完成马达研发的工作，包括电子绘图草图，规范定义，测试分析，疑难排解以及最终的发行；完成马达参数计算，执行设计蓝本，改动马达造型以及环绕的线圈
-新马达的研发以及应用，进行磁通量计算
-组建和传达工程改变以及物料清单，提供生产过程支持
-进行跨职能部门交流并与国外同事进行沟通
-在工作中尝试提出质量提升以及成本节省的创新方案
任职要求：
-马达、机械工程或机电相关技术专业本科以上学历
-良好的英语听说读写能力
-熟悉Pro/E，FEA软件及压力分析
-4年以上马达研发领域工作经验（AC马达研发经验优先考虑），在马达生产、测试方面有充分的工作经验，熟悉研发流程
-结果导向，良好的组织及计划能力
-具电动工具行业的工作经历优先
Responsibilities:
-Independently perform all the duties of motor R&D activities in E-drawing sketch, specification define, testing analysis, troubleshooting, and final release; carry out motor parameter calculation, drive and implement design to prototype, change motor configuration and windings
-New motor R&D and application, perform magnetic flux calculation
-Construct and communicate engineering changes and BOM, provide manufacturing process support
-Communicate with cross functional departments and oversea colleagues
-Seek out innovation, quality improvement and economical solutions during the work
Requirements:
-A recognized university Degree/Master in Motor/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related technical discipline
-Good English written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient Pro/E, FEA and stress analysis
-Minimum 4 years experience in motor R&D field ( series AC motor R&D experience is preferred)，sound working experience in motor manufacturing, testing, familiar with R&D process
-Result oriented working attitude. Strong organization and planning personality
-Working experience on power tools field is highly desired |
