Main Purpose of the Position:
CI Manager will be partner with the entire plant team to ensure the effective continuous improvement system. Establishing manufacturing culture of continuous improvement and achieve the World Class sustainable performance.
He/she is responsible for leading and managing Faist Precision continuous improvement process.
Also he/she will continually challenge the team to improve through systematic application of continuous improvement methodologies and leading by example.

·Develops the Project Budget according to Company Strategy.
·Takes decisions regarding costs according to the Authorization matrix |
