任职要求：

l         Bachelors degree in related field- Advance degree preferred.

l         10-12 years of experience with demonstrated success in a number of roles across the areas of transportation or logistics management, demand management, supply management, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning and execution.

l         Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing complex process and systems change projects.

l         Excellent negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

l         Ability to influence up, down, and across the organization

职位职责：

l         Provide the leadership and direction required to attain both the MM and Site goals.

l         Execute the direction for the MM organization' for the Site and implement an MOS that integrates planning and procurement across the Site.

l         Integrate and organize SIOP, planning and procurement teams within the Site and support the network of sites to deliver results. (Inventory $ and DOS, OTTR, past dues, OTTP, MPS compliance, Productivity, MPS starts, Capacity planning accuracy)

l         Seek out and recruit top talent for the organization

l         Ensure linkage to the Strategy and Process Integration COE to enable Site implementation and execution of std processes and tools.

l         Own and drive specific MM standard work and key initiatives and projects assigned across their PC and ISC.

l         Drive accountability throughout the Site to achieve results. Drive user adoption throughout the Site and with key stakeholders.
